I’m happy to announce that Strategic Conversations, a book I wrote with my co-author JC Spender, has just been published by Cambridge University Press.

What has been described as the most complete argument for involving front-line employees in the conceiving, design, and deployment of strategy, Strategic Conversations offers a blueprint to make your organization better at developing and deploying business model innovations.

We offer a new approach for engaging your employees to make organizational transformations more effective, less expensive, and speedier. Transformations are transformed from onerous, episodic, and failure-prone forced marches into rewarding processes that enrich both the organization and its employees.

We are taking the book on the road and invite you to our book signing parties. Here’s the list as of today:

Downtown Boston September 18th, 5:30 – 7:30 pm.
Midtown New York October 14th, 6:00 – 8:00 pm.
Berkeley, CA December, TBD.

Let us know if you can make any of these, and we’ll be happy to send you invites.

We hope to see you at one of the signings and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you just want to catch up or if we might be able to serve as a resource for you. To find out more, or to order a book, click here to see our brand-new Web site.

All the best,
