I’m happy to announce that Strategic Conversations, a book I wrote with my co-author JC Spender, has just been published by Cambridge University Press.

What has been described as the most complete argument for involving front-line employees in the conceiving, design, and deployment of strategy, Strategic Conversations offers a blueprint to make your organization better at developing and deploying business model innovations.

We offer a new approach for engaging your employees to make organizational transformations more effective, less expensive, and speedier. Transformations are transformed from onerous, episodic, and failure-prone forced marches into rewarding processes that enrich both the organization and its employees.
